Halifax is truly one of the very best places to reside in all the world, it is beautiful, unspoiled, has a good climate and I have met and befriended some truly fine people there. If I may I would like to bitch about the group of vulgar selfish sexist racist homophobic cavemen I had the misfortune to be posted with during my military service there. You are vile ignorant ill mannered and evil, you are a discredit to Halifax, to Nova Scotia, to Canada and to the Canadian military. You did not deserve to pass basic training and you do not deserve to wear the uniform. You bullied, belittled, humiliated and psychologically tortured those of us who did not share your ignorant narrow minded aggressive violent and dysfunctional mindset. It is my sincere wish that you never find yourselves in harm’s way and I hope that you never find yourselves having to endure the same abuses which you have put upon myself and others. You know who you are….
