Let me guess, you called the police and reported the plate number, vehicle description, date, time, location? If not, then you only allow such things to happen again.
I do it all the time, phoning in license plates etc. My wife hates it that i do it, but i love when these types of people are nailed to the wall. They rack up there with the “my hand and arm are too heavy to signal anytime” group, or the “i couldnt navigate a double lane right or left turn” group for stupidity. happy friday everyone!!
