you obviously weren’t paying attention to the 4-way stop because the taj mahal sign is ABOVE and BEHIND the stop sign. you also were not paying attention to what was in front of you because we were already half way across the street. you wrecklessly drove forward while staring sideways at the taj mahal sign! there is no way in hell we “came out of no where”. fucking pay attention when you’re driving. you could have killed someone. i hope they fined you for driving without your license. oh and thanks for the whiplash.

and unless you’re talking about pedestrians, it would be a little tough to kill someone in a 4-way stop if they stopped and are only creeping ahead.
nail em to that wall if driving without a license…. unless of course they have one but just forgot it at home (which doesn’t happen at times)

The insurance soft injury cap will do nothing to help you if you have damage to tissue that is slow to heal. I had a soft tissue injury that left me with impaired function for over 2 years & it has never returned 100%, but your government…looking out for big business’s profit line has decided that all soft injury claims are equal & the equallity is a couple of grand. Nice when some elected Bozo’s & their appoinited clowns can decide that debilitating injuries for over 2 years is only worth 2500 dollars. But don’t worry the government put provissions in there if your injury is debilitating or goes on as long as mine does (over a year they say…but what they don’t say) you need to wait & see if it will eventually get better then you need to prove it hasn’t & the hurdles & walls & locked doors in your way is harder than a seasonal job with 16 hour days ! It is a system designed by paperpushers who know the system & no one else does…& they’re not about to educate you in it any time soon.

I SAW this, I AM A WITNESS, they were not paying attention at all and smashed right into the car with the right of way! It was really pathetic actually, the right car didn’t stand a chance! I hope this racks up their insurance forever and the folks hit don’t have to be on tylenol for too long!!!

Was this the Barrington Street / South Street intersection by any chance? I think they really need some proper traffic lights there! I mean, they have them at Barrington and Morris, and South and Queen, but not at Barrington and South for some reason even though (I think) there’s more traffic at that intersection than the previous two I mentioned.
I witnessed an accident at South and South Park Streets a few years ago. There were some injuries – some dude driving a Honda Civic got t-boned by a Ford F-150. Needless to say, the driver of the Ford was fine and only had a broken headlight, but the Honda was totalled and buddy had blood pouring out of his head. He was OK though. I testified to the cops about what happened and a court date was set, but nothing ever came of it that I’m aware of. Never went to Court. I’m sure there’s some reasonable explanation for this, however.
