sounds like this could be aimed at 95% of companies in canada,but i’ll pass on naming any. yesh, it sucks to be treated like shit, like the o.p. above this bitch, but fuck em all. do your job, and take a pass on the bullshit that goes with it.i’m some fucking glad not to work for anyone but moi. no assholes, no commute, and no endless stream of day to day bullshit from sick or dying employees. yeah, i’ve been there myself, many times over, and i just said fuck you, and did what i felt was right, at that time.

Lots of companies ‘claim’ to be ‘local’, ‘friendly’, or trying to drive higher standards. Most of it is untrue and just a marketing ploy.
Naive well meaning people eat that up.
