You are awesome. One day, I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment – feeling pretty bummed, knew I was going to get bad news. You were so affable and courteous to every single person who boarded your bus – the nicest touch was to address every female passenger as “My lady”. Coming from a person who obviously has a good heart, that familiarity – yes, even on public transit – is appreciated and encouraged! Thank you! So sweet!!

They get bitched at so much, and it’s only a few that spoil it. I’ve had mostly good experiences with transit drivers, including the ones who never said a word about my stroller, and were just generally helpful.
