Just a message to say how grateful I am that you haven’t evicted me when I legally deserved it. I was not in a lease and almost 60 days behind.
I’m glad you understood that I am having a hard time finding full time work. so I kept my part time job and found another one. Thank you for letting me sleep easier knowing here won’t be an eviction notice under my door tomorrow. And that as long as I pay up on the agreed dates you won’t even put it on my record.
