Odds are the asshole driving the black BMW has money maybe a lawyer or doctor or is from a well to do family . Those people don’t care who runs into them ,they have lots of money to sue any working poor driver that was unfortunate enough to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Emma and Brawdove, Usually wealthy people, at least wealthy by Halifax standards which I would say is 100k a year plus don’t blow money on depreciating assets like a BMW, I know a family who makes 200k a year and they have a 2004 Toyota RAV4, Another family makes around the same and they have a 2008 Honda, I grew up in a affluent area of town, and the doctor across the street drove a really old Dodge Neon from like 1998….. Meanwhile in the suburb I live in now, People seem to buy a brand new cheap car every 4 years and have motorcycles, yet their kids have yellow crooked teeth and the people refinance their houses… I’m all for raising the minimum wage and wage equality and making stuff in our own country ect, but I have to say I know way more 15-25 dollar a hour people driving brand new trucks and cars then I do high income people, I bought my first Jeep in the South End, It was 18 years old and rusty and the guy who owned it has a paid for million dollar home….. It was his only vehicle…. My dad has a high income and owns a BMW SUV…but it was bought used when it was 6 years old… and to be honest that car is the biggest piece of crap he’s ever owned… the 300 dollar beater he had when i was a kid was better… seriously, and I hate the one percent and the greedy to, but it’s hard to hate someone who makes 100k a year and yet waxes and undercoats their ten year old car to keep it in good shape and yet 18 dollar a hour people thing their “too good” for a 2009 car… Classy
