To the men and women of EHS and the Fire Department that showed up to my home in Eastern Passage in the wee hours of December 8th moments after I gave birth to my son. Thank you SO much for being there! I was still off in La-La Land when we arrived at the IWK but I did notice the teddy bear you gave my son – it’s his very first one. Thank you, thank you for all you do; not just for helping me. I know that many a times the calls in which you guys/gals receive don’t always end on a happy note. Knowing the OP, I can vouch for the baby’s health and cuteness. It is a hell of a story, I gotta say, and both parents deserve a huge pat on the back, as well as the first responders.
