If you drive the posted limit -this bitch does not apply to you as you are following the law. If you are driving below the posted limit because road conditions are poor due to weather, pot-holes, etc. this bitch does not apply to you as you are using the all too rare common sense. If you are the type of person who drives 20-30km/hr below the speed limit, straddles the white line and two lanes in multi-laned streets/roads/highways in an effort to be Sumpreme Ruler of the Road or to just plain screw with people. Go Fuck Yourself!

Speed bumps are meant to be driven over. So if they want to be a mobile speed bump, maybe they should paint their cars yellow and then park ’em perpendicular to the road. Let a train or 18 wheeler run over them. Then they can “move” to another location and repeat the process all over again.
If you have a problem with some one speeding, pull over and let the ditch seeking missle do its job. You’re not and never will be a police officer so give it up already. Speed is not a killer. Highways are the safest places to drive. Speeds are double on the highway than they are in the city, yet most deaths/injuries happen in urban areas, where the speed is much much less. If only these people used their brains and pressured the gov for better driver education and enforcement, they’d get results instead of just pissing everyone else off.
I lost my mind over those mobile speedbumps one day on Dunbrack when two had me blocked in. That was the only time I had seen them after that day I haven’t seen anymore so assumed someone ran them all of the road.
I drive the limit – but don’t have one of the stickers on the car that I get to drive every now and then.
People who drive below the limit in an attempt to try and quell the speeding situation need to be shot.
These people are ironically more dangerous than the speeders they try to obstruct. I can’t see why the police allow them to do this.
