I had to visit the emergency room twice this week, and I just needed to say how grateful I am to everyone that I encountered. Sure, the wait was long, but every staff member I dealt with—nurse, doctor or porter—was kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful. What could have been a scary few days was made so much easier knowing I was in capable hands. Can’t say thank you enough, you guys rock! -Unbroken
