To a lovely transit driver

Thank you not only for your warm smile when I got on the bus but also for checking in with the elderly riders to make sure they didn’t miss their stops. Also for getting off the bus all together to carry off one woman’s walker and then taking her hand and helping her down the steps. —Your kindness made my day
