If you think they’re a narcissist, that’s all you need to know. They will not shoulder blame, that’s for everyone else to do. If you can, avoid this person.
Who cares who they blame for their problems, as long as it isn’t you? Some people prefer the easy way, blaming other people is the easy way. It won’t help them in the long run so when they crash and burn, be there 1st to tell them what the real problem is, when they realize it they can fix it, until then…
