to the fucking idiots that think driving 10-20 kms under the speed limit is safe. you are the reason the other fucking idiots get frustrated and try to pass when it is not safe causing the deadly head on collisions. when you drive below the speed limit pull over and let the people who do drive by you. most of the people that drive the speed limit or just over feel frustrated at going tractor speeds. thats when they pass you in an unsafe manner and thats when you call them jerks, look in you mirror you’re one as well but I’m the poor sap driving the opposite direction on the shoulder to avoid you jerks so just drive the limit or get off the road and if you come up on someone like this — for gods sake pass when its safe. I will admit, I drive slightly above the speed limit most of the time, I also walk at a quick pace when travelling by foot, and I have to say that getting stuck behind a slow moving vehicle/person is one of the most annoying things in the world!!!!! I guess if you’re a slow moving person/vehicle you just wouldn’t understand as this just isn’t an issue for you!
I think the real issue is that slow drivers are usually slow themselves and it translates into their driving. This is why the license test should include an IQ test. You must be at least this smart…

I agree sometimes going slower is just as “unsafe” as going way over the speed limit….I don’t understand really how some people get their licences!!

Well I failed my test once because I was told that the posted limit is the MAX you should be driving, not what you’re expected to drive. You’re expected to drive 10 below, unless you need to speed up to pass. However most people think the speed LIMIT is the slow option, and drive 10 over.
