I’m sick of the “I had to PAY to serve you” argument. No, you didn’t, because if the one person who didn’t tip you TRULY didn’t tip because they’re an asshole and not because the service was bad, all the other tables that weren’t assholes should MORE than have compensated for that one arse. If you didn’t make enough to compensate for that 4% tip out from your other tables, then it’s YOUR SERVICE that is shitty.
