What’s the deal with this place? For such a small city it has terrible traffic. Why because these locals have no idea how to drive. A third of them are in no rush on a joy ride waiving everyone through to be “polite”, a third are transit and commercial vehicles who think they own the road; then the rest. Who drive like maniacs, race to redlights, cut others off and drive erratically and selfishly. If people just followed the rules of the road everyone would get where they need to be and on time. —What the beep?
