oh please, we cannot be that short of post-able material. mod – post your shopping list rather than this muck.
Saw “American Sniper” yesterday. Excellent.
And for all you crybabies whingeing about the homogeneity of the Oscar noms – Harden the Fuck Up.
You want diversity – try the Soul Train Awards.
You could start the morning with a shot of Irish cream in your tim’s coffee, then smoke some weed. Problem then is you’ll be too busy wondering where your brains are to care, much less worry. Doh, where’d i park my Storch?
LOL, Klydester. That Sambro White Lightnin’ powered my morning Keurig all week long. Not bad for keeping seasonal depression at bay.
Perhaps you left your Storch on a mountainside.

THE PROBLEM OF IDENTITY
“I was wondering about how we need to discover, (sic) new things… so you want to feel all that stimulation on your brain.” Place…#relatable
Clearly, what we have here is a version of the problem of identity, of an understanding of who we are. While the need to discover “new things” is wholly laudable, confusion arises in connection with the reference to those new things on the one hand and feeling “all that stimulation on your brain” on the other. The question, of course, is who is doing that “feeling?”
It can’t be the brain itself since that is what is being felt. Another “thing” is being gestured at. But what is it? It is the mind, that which must never be reduced to the brain. In cybernetic terms, while the brain is the hardware, the mind is the software and it is only in terms of the latter that the problem of identity might be resolved. So, in a circular manner, the question then becomes, “Well, what is the mind?” The answer is, “It is who you are.”
A pleasure as always,
Cheerio!
