So I decided to come home for lunch today, and guess what I find, some asshat has parked their car in my, yes, my driveway. No note, no explanation, I don’t even know anyone with that model of car. I went in to eat lunch, a little annoyed, I came back out to drive back to the office, and guess what I find. A fucking parking ticket for blocking my own god damn driveway. It’s only $25 but seriously, there’s no way I paying this. I felt like slashing the tires of the fucker who took advantage of my parking space.

Unfortunately it matters not that it’s your driveway, it’s still illegal.
You should have left a note on the asshat’s car- in paint… just as illegal, but gets your point across, and maybe starts a war in your neighbourhood – always fun…

Yeah, you’re stuck with the ticket, and it will cause problems when you go to re-register your car if it’s not paid. Still wondering what kind of idiot would park in someone’s driveway, pretty bold of them.
If you have the time, take it to traffic court. At minimum by-law enforcement officer will ahve to make an appearance at court, which will take him off of the streets for a morning..

That used to happen to me all the time!!! My driveway must have had an f-ing flashing sign that said “park here!!”. What kind of asshole does this?

why didn’t you wait there til fucky showed up,then rammed the ticket in their face,and demand the money on the spot,or better still,have the jerkoff towed away.that’s what i do when someone parks in my space if i’m not using my vehicle.or when i come back,just fucking block them in so they have to come and find me.you’d be surprised at how stupid some people are,when it comes to parking.

I think you may be able to get outta trouble here if you though for a second, whipped out your cellphone and snapped off a couple pics of the situation.
Shoulda called the tow truck on the guy. Problem would go away rather quickly. Besides, how was the ticket man supposed to know it was your driveway?

Your driveway _ ever hear of ace towing? Shoulda called by law got it ticketed and towed ? I find anothers car in my driveway or spot thats what happens to it plain and simple
shoulda removed any two of the other guys tires. leave them a note, that when the $50 parking fee is payed up front, his 2 tire damage deposit will be returned to him!

if the owner of the other vehicle left his car in someone else’s drive, he has just given away a car. otherwise he has to trespass to get back to his vehicle. BOOM, ticket, tow, trespassing. the triple T shakedown!!
