I used to be a security guard at dal and i know exactly which people you’re talking about. Oh the so many times i kicked them out and they couldn’t do anything about it. A group of people was actually banned for an entire year because of it. My advice is to talk to the front desk of whatever library, and if the security guard there has any balls, they’ll be dealt with.
