Why do we keep slaughtering each other over religion? It not just religion alone, but it is religion for the large part. You would think that we would smarten up over time, but…oh no…we humans carry grudges for a long time. As a species we really are more like lemmings than anything. I wish I could put this in terms that seem somewhat intelligent. -Get My Drift?

You can’t put it more intelligently because you are not intelligent enough. Seems like NO ONE ELSE but YOU sees what’s goin on eh? Little fact for more intelligent people, lemmings don’t actually mindlessly follow each other around and walk off cliffs.
And the tribe of Ivan is 100% correct. If i could convince everyone to kill my enemies and give me tons of money tax free because an invisable man in the sky said so, then i would do that VERY quickly.
“Worship me or go die in a fire”. – It’s hard to imagine an omnipotent being with the power of all creation having the same psychopathology as an adolescent girl. Harder still to imagine that people are still falling for it.
