WTF is with the Link buses? I can never find a regular bus to get on that will take me to Halifax from Portland Hills in the morning. There is only a stupid link bus that costs 50 cents extra and is always full so you gotta stand up all the way to Halifax (a 40-minute commute). Those money-grubbers Metro Transit need to fuck off with the Link bus and put on more regular ones. I’m tired of trying to find 2 quarters in the morning when I forgot to take money out the night before. I already bought a bus pass—that should be e-fucking-nuff! The stupid Portland Hills terminal has no change-maker or ATM. What a bunch of bullshit. FUCK YOU—THAT RIDE IS NOT WORTH THREE DOLLARS. I’M GUNNA STIFF YOU FUCKERS THIS MORNING AND EVERY MORNING BECAUSE I HATE YOU! -Stop ripping your customers off every chance you can get, assholes!!!

OP buses run from Portland Hills to Halifax every 5-7 min during morning rush hour, maybe you’re not standing in the right spot waiting for them (fyi the stop across from the link stop and down one bay) Also the link doesn’t take 40 min as you say, 30 min tops. As for your “standing problem” 1) suck it up a full bus is a good sign means ridership is there and the service will continue 2) skip that full bus and wait for the next one, start a line up for that bus, the next one is only 10 min away.
Yea, they’re gonna turn around that full bus load of 3 bucks a passenger cause you’re angry and can’t understand a bus schedule? Hold that breath kimosabe. I’ve been in Halifax/Bedford/Sackville for years and i’ve never seen a change machine or atm by any terminal at all. There might be one at the new bridge terminal in darkside but your first world problems with your quarters are meaningless, use dimes and nickels if ya gotta. And that extra coushined seat with the A/C on you for a 30 min bus ride is SOOOOOO worth it. I think passes should work on the link tho, I gotta agree that’s BS.
Aren’t they considering pay by cell phone with the upgrade to MT in the Fall, or was this a rumour started by Big Stadium Mike?
Naturally, any improvement will have to be discussed by the union, voted on and turned down.
