I’m sick and tired of the none pork eating crowd that eats in restaurants. Not because you don’t eat pork but because you are fucking RUDE!. You should have to take a etiquette coarse before you come and eat in a restaurant. You do not SNAP your fingers,

Yeah, like those people who come in an say they are vegetarians, but then order the fish or chicken. Newsflash: Fish and chicken are meat!
Yes, I love how they make the servers right like their personal slave and then don’t tip. I know a few people in the service industry and it totally sucks for them to be stiffed a tip because they lose money. The general public does not realize that the servers have to tip-out up 4% of the final sales of their shift to the house, whether or not they receive a tip. So if someone doesn’t tip them on a $100 meal, the server still has pay out $4 from their own pocket for the pleasure of serving those cheap bastards!!!!!! Be kinder to your servers. And also, I agree on the manners point – grab some manners or stay the fuck home and cook your own goddamn food.
I agree with the manners part, but let the tips go or we’re going to get into another days-long debate about tipping vs not-tipping, and I for one don’t care anymore.So yeah. The tipping debate has been covered, let it slide.
Well Jennie, I’ve never had rude service from a Jewish business operator. Read into this all “non pork eater” comment you want but sad thing its the truth.
This is all too true. I use to work as a waitress in halifax. The “non-pork” eating crowd is awful to serve. These people have had me in tcrying because they are so rude, unforgiving and demanding. This is not a racist comment JENNIE, but the simply truth. NOT ALL, but most! If you have ever had to wait on these people you would know exactly what I”m talking about.
I waitressed my way through two degrees, so I’ve served all types. Rich people, poor people, old people, young people, locals, immigrants, straight people, gay people, people who spoke English, people who didn’t – you name it. I’ve served them all. Never once did I make sweeping generalizations based on someone’s gender, age, race, or ethnicity.And I still don’t get what you mean by “non pork eaters”. Are you talking about vegetarians? If you’re going to be a racist asshole, at least have the balls to come out and identify the group you’re slamming.
@ Jennie, I think the OP is referring to Jewish people, because their religion prohibits eating pork products.
Politically Correct…SMD…Call it as you see it and if some one is offended; Fuck Them and their sensitivities. I am tired of these people trying to make everything politically correct, crying racist or homophobic or what-ever-the-fuck they do not agree with. You know what, people fall into more categories then Politically Correct terms allow and if it offends you to fucking bad. It is the way it is. People who generalize an entire race or polulation of people as having certain traits are not only stupid, they’re LAZY, and in the grossest way.
Come to Alberta where those non-pork eaters have taken over most small businesses in the larger centres and the service goes downhill for their customers. What they need to learn is that Canadians conduct business in a different manner than what they are used to. How 7-11 and Mac’s head offices allow their customers to be verbally assaulted by these folks is beyond me.

I’ve met good and bad people of all colours and beliefs over the years but many, many Muslims refuse to conform to Canadian ways and still believe that a woman is property, being gay is a crime, Sharia law overrides Canadian laws, and many other issues that are not acceptable in this country. You might look at things differently when you see a woman being buried to her waist and blood pouring out of the sheets covering her body while the townsfolk stone her to death, you might see it differently when a teen boy is killed by hanging for allegedly being gay.. . etc etc.I’ll come right out and say that many middle-eastern folks still run with the “mob” mentality and let panic take instead of common sense. Sharia is only enforced in two countries in the ME, Iran and Saudi, and even then these death sentences you speak of aren’t often carried out any more, although many of the nations say that they subscribe to strict Shariah law it’s simply not true. Your paranoia of Shariah Law being enforced in Canada is also quite laughable. Yes to many Muslims (because of cultural reasons not religious ones) women are seen as property and being homosexual is bad. Not much different from many Christians I know, especially ones from Asia or Non-Western countries. (Ie those not white people)As for “rudeness” and such from the “non-pork eaters” I just can’t help but laugh. I can understand how someone who’s never lived outside of Canada and has had to deal with culture shock and adaption to a different culture might not have much patience for someone else’s adaption to a new society, but seriously, put yourself in their position, you’re in a restaurant in the Middle East and you’ve been politely waiting for 45 minutes for someone to even approach your table to take your order, when they do they over charge you because your white (or speak with an American accent). This is daily life in the ME, and you grow accustomed. When my 50 year old father went to the ME he couldn’t throw away being Canadian and polite and I’ve yet to meet one Canadian who can. So don’t bitch at other people for not being able to immediately adapt when it’s very likely you wouldn’t be able to yourself.
