I find it very tiring skating in the same direction continuously (counter clockwise). I suggest a change of direction every half hour that way we all get a workout on both sides of the body hence more balanced and happier. The afternoon week days the music is either non-existent or at very low volume. It would be nice to skate to “the beat”—Beetlie, Halifax

according to my sources, it’s very good, tho i’ve had vets disagree. i know most of the places i shop, carry good quality raw food for dogs. a FROZEN turkey neck every few weeks, is great for their teeth. some dogs thrive on that diet, some don’t. depends on if you are doing it for health reasons or not…is this re blue?
well then try skating on a lake, or heaven help you, a rink indoors. if you can find one that gives you time, that is. i think the oval was a good idea, but not the naming. to may people associate the emera name of being ripped off, and for good reason.
p.g., check out the gateway meat market on the number 7 hiway. they have a website now, and you can get stuff for doggies there too. they have a hamburger type thing, that has bones and shit in it. all raw.

The other day we met a couple of old boys, Jeff & Coal, they’re both on raw food and looked great, tons of energy.
So I figured I look into it.
Blue is a strange dog, I gave him a pound of raw liver… it lasted till the next day, wtf?
my natural beef guy always has soup bones etc & if you have a dog , he’ll give them to the dog for free.
THanks for the Olives Painy…I don’t even care what type they are…large or jumbo (especially the ones stuffed with garlic) makes me want martini’s. Black or green ones sliced …lets do pizza, whole olives…wheres the greens & Feta lets make a greek salad ~:)

the all-seeing eye, is trying to direct our bitching, dear. the stalker is back on the love, or a copycat. rosie knows more about this subject, hugo. how old is blue? perhaps a small change in diet, more fish oils. i know larger breeds, like danes, can really benefit from a raw diet. they are not, generally speaking long lived dogs but the raw food seems to counter this

So, on this reversing direction business … I will say I haven’t been at the Oval yet … but would it be feasible for the skaters on the inside to go in one direction and those on the outside to go the opposite.
For Christ Sake OP, be your own person. Start skating in the other direction, start a trend, be the clockwise guy or gal.
I say go the opposite direction and see if anyone follows:)
