Hey you!! All you freaking pedestrian idiots who have been playing Russian Roulette by bolting across the intersection of Spring Garden and Brunswick without even checking for vehicular traffic! On several occasions in the last week or so, I have seen almost a dozen people—already sprinting down the sidewalk —leap into traffic without so much as a glance in any direction. And these people can’t even use texting as an excuse for their inattention. They were just flat out, bat-out-of-hell bolting into the street. Yet another reason for some kind of traffic control at that corner. Or maybe another staffer at the coroner’s office. —Amazed and Astounded

The students are back.
let me fix that for you….
The invincible students are back.
there ya go.
i love the idiots who blindly walk out in traffic, a half second after they push the walk button. and then there are the real fools, who don’t even bother to push the button.
hey zzz, canadian tire just had a clearance sale on invisible force shields today and yesterday.
SGR reminds me of a sheep farm minus the fences. People mindlessly wander around without any thought to the steel menace around them. Maybe we need some border collies to keep the people in check.
I agree. Why there aren’t lights there is beyond me. It is the worse intersection.
Noticed this too. :S
Yes, these would be the members of the blighted lower orders emerging from the squalor of Brunswick Street onto Spring Garden Road.
You mustn’t fret. It’s just nature’s way. The unfit must fall by the wayside or, in this case, the curbside.
A pleasure as always.
Cheerio!
if the light is green, the pedestrian has the right of way and you have to yield FIRST to ensure nobody is about to walk in front of you.
and yes. I AM a driver. I’m just a better one than you apparently are.
