dude…the answer is easy…phone the cops.they will come at anytime…day or nite and slap a 400 dollar fine on each of their asses.the next call the fine doubles and so on…they will learn to shut up in a hurry.i had some assholes on carteret street…Dal asses…who wouldn’t respond to a whole neighborhoods pleas to cut the noise…they laughed at us so after a couple of visits by the heat and one of the jerks spending a nite in jail,well,it’s like a church over there now…money talks…400 bucs out of the pocket…why,thats 400 drinks gone,isn’t it!!

Yeah you can call the municpal hot-line for complaints but they won’t get a noise violation the first few times…that 400 dollar fine starts at the 2nd or 3rd time the cops have to come to an address..but the kicker for the noise makers is that after 1st fine anymore fines go up beyond the $400, $750 and something around $1000 as the final or top range fine.Here’s the noise complaint line:490.5020
