To the people who live on the street next to mine… PUT YOUR DOGS INSIDE! Do you know how annoying it is to wake up at 8:30 in the morning and hear the dog symphony orchestra barking up a storm for… hmmm let me think, over 45 FUCKING MINUTES! And your dogs aren’t just barking in all hours of the morning either (on summer vacation I might add), no they bark in the middle of the night also, just to make sure I don’t get a good night’s sleep. Get a shock collar on them or… here’s a wonderful idea, keep them inside in the morning and during the night! There are other people in this world, and those people like to sleep! —Barking Bitch

not funny on dogs. thanks hugo, my folks had sammies that sang

  2. My neighbour when I was little was a pilot and worked shift work so sometimes he had to sleep during the day (can’t be all groggy when yo’ flying a plane, yo) and this old bag down the street would put her german shep out by the walkway the high school kids used WHEN SCHOOL WAS LET OUT and all it would do is bark and bark and bark.

So the neighbour called and filed a report on the dog. The old bag was SO mad she went up and down the street barging into people’s houses (not even knocking) all livid and shit going on about how it was the second complaint and one more and they’d take her dog away wahwahwah.

Well, don’t put your dog out when the kiddies are off school and you probably wouldn’t have complaints.

Nasty fucker, that dog was, too.

  3. This must be a Dartmouth bitch, because it seems as soon as you close the bridge the barking starts…

  4. If they are barking at all hours of the night, you have a valid grievance and should complain to the neighbours. However, getting woken up at 8:30 during your summer vacation, not a whole lot of sympathy here.

  5. OP, there’s a ByLaw for barking dogs…..call the cops. Nothing better than seeing a neighbour you dislike getting a visit from the cops, or better yet, a fine 🙂

  6. Totally call the cops. We once had nieghbors with dogs that barked and howled all through the night( I felt bad for them because those poor puppies didn’t sound happy:( ) When finally we couldn’t take it anymore we contacted our building super intendant and it was a good thing, because these people had not one or two, but six poor dogs( big ones)living in that tiny smoke filled one bedroom apartment. They have since found happier homes:)
