Thank you for a two and a half year ride through the N.S legal system at the cost of the tax payer.
Thank you in the end for standing up to say the crown thought I was not guilty even before the case came to a end.
Such a sad court case, such a stupid court case. I said I wasn’t guilty and my record speaks for itself. I have never wasted the court’s time. Next time push your lie detector down the throat of the person bringing the false charges instead of trying to bully an innocent. Understand the only reason I never took legal action against you and sued your ass was because it was all distasteful – but understand I still can.—R.Roads

didn’t you know that in canada, you are guilty before being proved innocent. even if you are the biggest dope dealer in halifax, you get a fair shake, and then let go, to do all over again. speaking of which, someone has to learn how to aim, i can give you a course fools.
Who ever told you you were innocent until proven guilty, must have been a well known criminal. Everyone else is treated like they’re guilty, until you prove your innocent. For those of you who ever been to traffic/parking ticket court…you know what I’m talking about. Although if you can present a case, & include really good photo’s (judges comment not mine) you can get off. It worked for me & saved me a couple of hundred dollars in fine(s) but when you take into consideration the several trips into Halifax for court. Factor in gas, parking costs, wear & tear on my truck & my time…it probably cost me more than 2-3 hundred dollars ! Oh well, at least I didn’t lose points or gain points or whatever they do to licenses now !
try being subpeona’d from vacation to come to testify for an attack on you and 3 others for a swarming by 12 black teens. and have the crown tell you that the two you positively identified, who owned the two vehicles you got the license plates for that swarmed you, would go free because it was at night. i was to stunned to reply “do you mean if it snowed and i killed someone it would be okay?” courts here waste our tax dollars, and get nothing done, dont expect otherwise.
Life sucks, their aim is just fine, all they are really hurting is the poor defenseless houses….those two actually hit, were total flukes!!
