So for the big country concert … half the stage is reserved for VIP?

I think its pathetic… hope Halifax gets a stadium because the commons suck for concerts!

  1. I agree Chris, the Commons dont work. Citadel Hill is a way better place! At places like the Commons, usually all I see are the bums of the people sitting on the shoulders of those in front of me. Anyone under 6 foot 8 and not at the front needs a pair of stilts to see anything!

  2. So True NMH…The Hill is one of my favorites spots, but I think a stadium would attract alot more acts to Halifax. I was in the rain for the stones, had a blast, but couldnt imagine being in the back or behind someone tall.At this point Moncton has thee best spot in the Maritimes… I hope they can attract Led Zeppelin (Very good possibility of LZ doing a world tour, hear more about in late 2008 I thinks)… U2 Who knows, but its possible there, and its on a hill which is great for the 100,000 people watching.

  3. Would the VIP section be any different in a stadium? VIP tix is where the $$$ is for promoters and performers … expect more of it.
