The centre of our world is a ball of molten nickel. That aside, paranoia is a state of mind rooted in childhood and almost impossible to erase. The best that can be asked is for the person in question to temper their suspicions if they can and try to trust just a little bit.
Correction; The center of the “Earth”, being inner-core, is believed to consist primarily of iron-nickel alloy. But thats only the theory of planetary formation. That aside, we all live in our own “worlds”, so you can be the center of it. For instance, I am the center of my “world” and I enjoy the sound of my voice.
