To The Cute Video Store Guy,
My favorite part about going to a certain video store is not which movie that I will walk out with, it is seeing you smiling at me from behind the counter. The fact that you’re so nice and great to talk to only makes you more ridiculously good-looking. You have the best smile I have ever seen. And though it’s true that I sometimes have a hard time deciding on which movie to get, your being there to chat with me makes me not want to decide on one. And sometimes when the store seems dead, I’m guessing you wouldn’t mind the company. When I do finally ring through my dvd, it’s always great to talk to you about this director or that remake. It’s all I can do not to slip you my number on the way out. Maybe I’m just uncharacteristically shy. I’d love to talk to you about movies (or whatever), away from the dvds and the blu-rays and over a coffee sometime. I’ll see you soon, when my rentals are due. I’ve never enjoyed returning movies more .—Girl Who Rents The Horror Movies Would Rather Have A Rom-Com
