Thank you so much to the driver of the 14 this week who somehow out of all the people who get on your buses on all your different routes, remembered where I lived, and took the time to go and wake me up from the back of the bus so I didn’t miss my stop.
It’s been the worst week of my life and your act of kindness and consideration was the only nice part of it. Thank you. —ZZzzzzzz
