To the Metro Transit Drivers, even though the service isn’t always the most reliable and I wish that there were more buses on and some routes ran longer, without you I wouldn’t be able to get to work or get home. Even if I have to walk a little bit, it is a lot better than paying $15 for a cab, and I just wanted to say thanks because without you I would be lost! —Regular Customer
