As much as I bitch every day (in my head) about the Hfx drivers, I have to thank the van and truck behind me on the newly paved section of the 102 today.
They were paying attention, noticed, and backed off when I hydroplaned, COMPLETELY lost control of the car, went back and forth (sideways at times) across the two lanes and came within an INCH (no lie!) of the concrete divider, not once, not twice, but THREE freakin’ times!
Thanks for not plowing into me before I regained control!
And more importantly, thanks Dad, for being on my shoulder when I needed you most. Again. —Outta Control Chick

OL. I’m glad that you’re OK, the other drivers were alert, and the accident was avoided. Please have your tires checked for pressure and wear, winter is comming and the roads will only get worse.
