To the bus driver that forgot to change their bus number this morning, and then went around the entire route again, thanks for making me late. Not only was I late for my 10am shift, but now, because of you, I am not eligible for my Stat pay. Thanks for making my oh so wonderful weekend, better.

Sounds like a bitch, not a love.
Where’s the love for the love of Pete’s sake.
sounds like you got on the wrong bus?

I get the feeling OP got on a bus whose sign said it was going one way when it really went another. Yes, drivers occasionally forget to change the sign, but this is where you, the passenger come in. If something doesn’t seem right, ask the driver before you end up somewhere where you don’t know where you are.
Don’t be like the SMU students who end up in Leiblin Park when they were wanting to go to SMU from the HSC. Trust me, it happened more than once when I drove the 14.
Who knows, maybe this really is a “Love.” Maybe the OP really is saying thank you to the bus driver for making them late because they wanted to be late for their 10am shift and didn’t want to be eligible for their Stat pay, which perhaps did make their oh so wonderful weekend better.
Hey Plastic Diver Guy…I’m a journalism student. Can I ask you some questions about Metro Transit?
Haha, Lieblen Park! Some of those kids had probably never been off of the Peninsula! Look Muffy, trees!
When I was a kid, we always used to joke/think that it was “Lesbian Park,” and always wanted to go there to check it out.
Awwwww, lesbians, awwweeesome!
