YOU: found my blackberry outside the Alderney Landing bus stop, and turned it in to security.
THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU
You saved me a pile of money I would have had to spend on a new phone, and you reminded me that there are still honest people left in Halifax. You rock.

With all these “thank you for finding my phone / wallet / earrings / preserved toenail clippings etc. and returning them” confessionals here on LTWWL, plus all the times that it must happen and someone doesn’t post something here, there’s obviously quite a number of “honest people left in Halifax.”
I agree – i remember on the ferry a lady walked away from her purse getting off and i grabbed it and asked her if she was missing something – The genuine thanks made my day !!!! If you live life with a good karma in mind – you’ll make the world a better place and wait for your good karma to come back to you – always works!!!!
I returned one two weeks ago. Hopefully the person is just as thankful.
