Why are they repeatedly canceling plans? Isn’t once enough? Maybe they think you don’t understand?
Vague? I think the text was clear enough for you to understand they were opting out of your company for the evening.
If they are becoming a chronic canceller just stop inviting them to anything, as it seems they are telling you they prefer not to be bothered with your invites. However, would be best if they just said no up front. But maybe they keep your invite open until the last minute in case something better, at least for them, comes along.
I’ve crossed paths with these type many times. Its amazing how fast they leave my life once they prove to me they only say one but do another. If someone does this ditch them and never look back, They did you a favor showing that side to them. So now you know its one less person to waste your time on.
RUDE.
Who cares! Get your own life and stop relying on other people.
Once… not so bad.
Or just axe em out and never count on people.
They’ll only disappoint ya.
