What is it with these cab drivers that speed around this city like it’s their own personal Autobahn? I’ve seen so many of these bastards break every driving law in the book. But do you ever see them get stopped by the cops? Nope. The cops are too busy

You know, cops aren’t the only people who drink coffee and frequent Tim Horton’s… and for some odd reason it fills me with rage everytime someone makes some sort of asshole comment regarding cops and coffee/donuts. Cops have jobs to do, and for the most part (like every other profession) they fucking do them. If they’re not pulling over a speeding driver it’s probably because they’re doing something more important, but regardless–whatever they’re doing is KEEPING YOU SAFE. Even if it IS drinking coffee/eating donuts. They work long, hard fucking hours and I would much rather they keep awake while they’re serving and protecting, and if they need a fucking coffee to do it then what is the Goddamn problem?? Why is it shameful for a cop to enjoy a hot beverage and a delicious pastry?
^^^^^^^^^I couldn’t agree more. I’m sick of all the cop griping. They work a minimum of 12 hours, most times, much much longer. Try doing that job for just one day and see how it is, or shut the f*** up about it.
