For some reason, taxi drivers assume they have the right of way always.. well fuck you. Just because someone’s sitting in your backseat doesn’t mean you can’t stop for 5 seconds to let someone cross the street, asshole, and to proceed to give me a dirty look like I was doing something wrong? Bullshit.
Go get a real job and stop killing the environment with your fumes.

They do have a real job, just like a bus driver or a passanger train operator, unless you are saying that the transportation industry isn’t real employment. And by the very nature of their job they are carpooling which is what we all are supposed to do anyway.Some may drive poorly, but it is as real a job as delivering mail or cutting/styling hair.
I love the little war the taxi drivers and transit drivers have going on between each other. It does seem like some taxi and transit drivers presume they own the road. As for the real job comment, some of these people are professionals and that is as real as it gets.
This makes no sense, doesn’t a cabbie want a ride to stay in the car as long as possible?Or is it that the typical customer tips what is left of a bill, so the quicker the cabbie gets someone there the more of that bill goes into their pockets?
