Halifax’s first Roller Derby event… wow… I was entirely overwhelmed by all of you, the organizers, volunteers, supporters, the whole freaking crowd was WOW! Every last one of you! My heart is filled with such joy. I am pumped for the next bout later this summer at the BMO center in Bedford! All the best and I love every single one of you.

I remember rollerskating to ‘the bartman’ and doing the ‘locomotion’ as a kid…
My mom was cleaning out some boxes the other day and found my bartman tape. ROFLZ. I bought it when I went to see Bart in person at the Superstore in bagtown with my best friend and her family. I remember I ate roast chicken chips and cried because I had a UTI and it hurt and i just wanted to go home. 🙁
