You fucking pricks. You hire me a year ago for a job. You change that job description multiple times. I go with the flow because you tell me “it’s temporary, we’re growing and we need you for this right now, you will be back to your actual job we hired you full-time for in a few weeks.”

You give me a shit-ton of work which makes it impossible to even keep up with what needs to be done for my “actual” job. I bring this up multiple times, I am concerned that it’s falling off the radar, and the need for someone to take care of it is growing. I even say “it doesn’t matter if you use ME, you just need someone to handle this.” You say “no, we want YOU, that’s what we hired you for.”

When I finally lose my shit and give you my notice, you don’t advertise for someone to do the job I HAVE been doing instead of my ACTUAL job. You advertise for someone to do the job you FUCKING HIRED ME TO DO that you wouldn’t LET me do.
Oh, and you don’t even look for someone to cover this supposed all-fired URGENT position I have now been covering for 6 months. Who the FUCK is going to do THAT job?

Oh, by the way, the person who did the ad?? Doesn’t know what the job entails. Also has no fucking clue how to use spellcheck. —Glad To Be Out, But Fucking Flabbergasted

  1. They likely intend to just spring that extra work on the next unsuspecting employee they hire. They sound like shit heads so like you say it’s better to be rid of them, good luck finding a new job 🙂

  2. Work is highly overrated. They sound like a bunch of aholes trying to get every ounce of work out of a person they can get. Hope you find a better company to work for but in my experience they use a person till they find the next best one and bam, you’re gone. Screw them.
