Why, why, why did you have to tag the beautiful swimming rock at Long Lake? Why do you think you can improve on nature? Why do you think anyone else cares about your “artwork”? ADS, what does that stand for anyway? Absolutely Dumb and Stupid? Awfully Despicably Sinful? Please, just clean it up.
And while I’m at it, what’s with the camp fires out there? Stop it, it’s dangerous, you don’t need a fire, and Long Lake is well within the HRM No Burn Zone.
Please keep this beautiful park beautiful.

Asshole Draws Shit???
Asshole-Dildo’s Sketch?
Asshole-Dildo’s Self-portrait?
Funny how these wing-wangs never “tag” their own property.
That kind of shit pisses me off… it’s a beautiful park why do people feel the need to ruin it. The litter is also pretty disheartening, the underage drinkers should learn to pack their beer cans and rev bottles out. Leave no trace assholes!
leave no trace. yeah right. there used to be some really nice trails through there, and then the swimmers/dog walkers came in droves. Walk along the trail that leads to the swimming area and then look towards the lake as you go along. The trails splinter off like varicose veins on an 80 year old granny, the only difference being instead of one single small trail there are now trails that are 50ft wide. Too bad DNR couldn’t get some funding to restore that place to the condition it was before it got ‘discovered’ in the late 90’s/early 2000’s
That sucks. I think I’ll avoid that spot because it’ll ruin my day. I can’t stand the fire pits, litter, etc. either.
It’s otherwise such a beautiful park within a quick distance for many people to enjoy (even close to a bus stop). Too bad we human beings have such a time respecting our environment.
I will say though that the people I actually run into back there are kind and friendly and don’t seem like “toss the Timmies cup into the bushes when I’m done with it” types.
Call 490-4000 for HRM to provide graffitti removal.
You can’t see the tim hortons cups becsuse they’re hiddenn behind the baggies of dog shit.
True though, consider its total lack of management it does stay pretty much litter free. Kudos to everyone.
Yuck….isn’t that lake plagued by fecal contamination most summers?
Ex, That’s ALBRO Lake.
