You are one asshole manager. I ordered sashimi appetizer, it was frozen solid. I know its supposed to be cold. I know how both sushi and sashimi are stored, prepared and served you idiot. You coming to my table to berate me/try to humiliate me publicly when I said I wasnt going to pay for it (I sent it back – thought that was obvious) and THEN telling me your waitress was in tears because of me? I was sweet to the waitress, it wasn’t her fault. The $11 you FINALLY took off my bill for food I didnt eat, I gave to her ON TOP OF the really good tip I gave her, along with my condolences for working for a prick. Needless to say, with all the other great sushi restaurants in Halifax, I wont be coming back to yours. You know what you can do with that sashimi? Thats right – shove it right up.

  1. Good for you! Too many people don’t complain in restaurants – I, for one, refuse to pay for substandard shit that has absolutely nothing to do with the waitress. That the manager would accuse you of making the waitress cry is so fucking lame – I’m damn glad you gave her the money that the manager obviously did not deserve for his frozen swill.
