This bitch is so vague it’s making me apathetic to whatever shitty cause you’re fighting for.
In a nutshell, HRM council paid a local marketing company $300,000 to come up with a new brand/slogan for Halifax. They came up with “Halifax: Be Bold” or “Be Bold, Halifax” or something like that. A local artisan is currently using “Be Bold Halifax” as the name of their company or some such shit. So it has the arty-farties in a panty clinch.
The rip-off notwithstanding, the jokesters at the Coast are probably salivating at how many miles they’re going to get out of material referencing Star Trek.
aside from being a shitty choice…
if it’s a company, wouldn’t they have to register the name or whatever?
