be glad you’re not in ottawa. the civic summer holiday in ottawa is different than gatineau so if you lived in the either and worked in the opposite it was a nightmare to bus to work on either days and it’s bad enough coordinating transfers from OC transpo and STO to begin with…blah.
I was moderately annoyed MT was on holiday schedule today…but that’s mainly because bussing to smu from CP West is a nightmare on sundays/holidays overall (you miss that 21 you’re fuk’d) so it was a bitch to get to the library for some quality exam studying….It just kind of sucks because it’s the middle of exams and none of the university busses were running, really except the 18 (16, 17, 41, 42, etc… weren’t running today). And it sucked msvu’s library was only open till 5 today…but that’s another bitch in itself booooooo
yeah, what the hell is up???
I mean, is it 2 holidays?
is it on the sunday or the friday? both?
what?
I dunno.
That happend to me also!!! i went down to catch it and bomb!
wtf?
You’re right guys, next year they should definitely keep the bus service to normal capacity for Good Friday despite the fact that the vast majority of the workforce is off. Get over it! Yeah it sucks if you need to take the bus on a holiday but MT cannot justify keeping their routes on regular schedule if the ridership isn’t there.
