This isn’t the blind guy who comes right in your face (heheheheheheheh! OK, you know what I mean) and says “would YOU like to buy a copy of Street Feat?”
If so, he’s annoying, but I admire his dedication.
There’s also the short white-haired dude on the bike whose line is “Street Feat, voice of the poor!” He doubles as a crossing guard. Strange but interesting fellow.
