Cosmo – Try calling the municipality about it. They won’t change it if they don’t know people think it sucks.
The lights are the main way through to the transit garage for busses – which take a little longer to get through an intersection… I think you should just petition to actually have busses run ON TIME, and they could time the lights to be longer only when a bus is trying to get through. LOL
