I left the Steak and stein after supper last week. There was a guy at the front door and said he was hungry and asked me to buy him a steak dinner. Fair enough. I said I had no money, just debit, so he countered by asking me to just punch in my pin and he would do the rest. I dont think so, when I politely said no, he called me a bastard. I have seen him do this all week long to people and now he is starting to piss me off. If you choose to beg that is fine, but dont call people bad names when they say no

You could have had a job too, As a matter of fact there are signs everywhere. Or is it that you would rather drink or do crack than work?

No I wont give you my PIN

  1. I’ve seen this guy a bunch of times. One night, my bf and i were waiting for a cab outside of the Superstore on Young (right next to the S&S), and watched him ride his bike around the parking lot. He stopped at each parked car that had someone waiting in it, asking for money and smokes. It was shameful to watch, not to mention probably pretty intimidating to those who had to deal with that maggot.

  2. He’s on Young Street often? Good that will make it easier to find him…I am going to walk by him and see if he calls me bastard when I don’t give him money…boy is he going to be surprised with my reply.

  3. i used to work at a restaurant by the waterfront and we had a married couple who would hang out by the entrance EVERY day and tell people “im homeless and i volunteer down here, they dont pay me even though they should, so will you buy me lunch/dinner?” and they hook someone twice a day each, for lunch and supper. and what’s worse, is even though some people are dumb enough to fall for it, they take total advantage and order the most expensive menu items and 2 or 3 drinks to take with them. it’s pathetic because they’re both comepletly able to work
