House poor, but by all means, give me a hand with the raking and getting the garden back in order. I promise to try to get some painting done when it warms up some, honest.
I was hoping to wait until the snow cleared out of the yard first…and I much prefer to throw the garbage out rather than clean it.
Had a similar situation out here in Shitville, called 311 and the By-Law folks dropped by and ticketed them and the place was cleaned up.

They should pick up their garbage – simple

I agree that they can go out and pick up the garbage on their lawn/property, but expecting anyone to do major yard work and work on their house when it’s still pretty cold out (and rainy and today we’re supposed to get freezing rain) is ridiculous.
If you’re so anxious to have the place meet YOUR standards, why don’t you go and do it, OB?
