I make fab jerk chicken and it’s easy as hell.
Whole chicken or chicken legs.
onion sliced.
I bottle of President’s Choice Memories of Montigo Bay marinade.
Brown rice.
glove Garlic.
Water as instructions on slow cooker.
Layer-chicken,rice,onion,marinade,water,garlic in slow cooker on low for a few hours. I wrote this by memory so don’t blame me if it fucks up.I’m half brain dead-medical reason’s-blame the doc’s if your jerk chicken doesn’t taste good.Lol. But it will taste good,oh yea that’s spicey too.
I forgot to tell you to brown the chicken legs a tiny bit before the slow cooker.That holds in the chicken jus.
