I was worried, about a family member’s health, and getting frustrated at the process involved in filling out an online application. Even though you were also having your own problems, you noticed mine, and asked if I was okay. When I ran into another complication with drop down menus that weren’t working, felt totally overwhelmed and started to cry, (big weeping tears at that), you came over gave me a hug.
