Today, I was witness to one of the most completely inconsiderate acts of human douchebaggery that I have EVER seen. What can I do but sit back and question the very ethics and foundations that we, as parents and educators are instilling in our young people today. Case and point:

I actually saw a young man stand by and watch an elderly blind woman stumble across Robie street and into the way of traffic heading up and down Almon street. He didn’t even batting a fucking eyelash at this poor woman who was obviously having a hard time. She didn’t just cross the white line here…We’re talkin’ COMPLETEY missing the side of Robie she was aiming for and winding up in the middle of Almon street. Had I not had my baby daughter with me, I would have gotten out to help her myself. I mean what the fuck is wrong with today’s youth? I couldn’t believe my eyes that this fuckin’ cock shiner just friggin’ stood there while a fellow human struggled and consequently was put into a potentially harmful situation because HE didn’t want to take the time to reach out and help. I just sit back and shake my head and feel ashamed to be a member of this ungrateful species. Get your selfish heads out of your ungrateful asses and HOPE like fuck there is someone like me around when you’re in YOUR time of need.

Fuckin’ cock knuckle..

  1. that is very douchebaggery if i say so myself but dont pin this on “todays youth” i am 21 i work 52 hour weeks i look like a “punk” an devery ngiht i walk an old women home because she doesnt feel safe. some youth are douches and some are not

  2. There are just more youth now so it seems like there are more douchebags. Though I often wonder if there has been an increase in the ratio of douche to non-douche.

  3. well, to be honest. the douchebag probably is in university here or been transferred from another city.i’ve been here for 6 months and other than those buggers who go out getting pissed and beating up old ladies, your youths and grownups are pretty decent. from the cities i’ve lived in , i won’t mention them again, one in particular, as i’ve already mentioned it too many times, even if a pregnant lady or an elderly man stood in front of the adults, no one would stand up to give the seat to her/him.the only ones who stood up were usually young teeny weeny kids in school uniforms. I bet you this douchebag’s from the last city i lived in.

  4. honustly, when im on the bus in halifax, if a parent with small children or a stroller, or an elderly individual gets on a crowded bus, I never see adults get up for them; its usually teenagers or children.

  5. OK Halifax Square, at the risk of stirring up a shitstorm, there is something I just can’t grasp. This act of urban douchebaggery was so heinous that you felt compelled to say something about it. In fact, it was one of the worst incidents you have EVER seen.I agree with you on that. What has me curious however is that if this elderly lady was wondering in the middle of Almon St, and was truly in danger, why didn’t you do anything to help her out?I understand you had your daughter with you but you didn’t really specify in your post about how you were travelling at the time (on foot, car, bus etc). I understand this could have had an impact on what you were able to do but perhaps its a convinient excuse to avoid that situation yourself? I don’t know because I wasn’t there. So my mental image, based on the post, is that you observed the situation and are calling out the person who should have helped the old lady. By doing so you have also shown everyone that you didn’t help her yourself.Maybe you really couldn’t help this lady but you’re far from being a Saint.

  6. Using the words:”fuckin’ cock shiner”, ” cock knuckle..” and “douchebaggery”automatically makes this one of the best online bitches ever.It would be the best “Bitch” ever if you included the word “rumple forskin”
